Milton Raymond PatrickPizinger was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on June 18, 1928 and passed on April26, 2015 in Irvine, California. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family. Growing up in St. Paul, Minnesota with his two brothers, Jerry and Ronald, Mom, Collete and Dad, Raymond, he was an
industrious young man who played many sports with great skill and tenacity.
From a young age, his goal was to attend college because he wanted more out of
life, and this meant having an education. He earned his college tuition through
the GI Bill, thanks to his US Navy service at the end of WWII. While attending
the University of St. Thomas, he met Beverly Peterson and they married in 1949.
Together, they had 4 children: Kathi, Ray, Janet, and Barbara. In 1961, Milt
and Bev moved their family to North Hills, CA. Between the baseball, softball
leagues, bowling leagues, bridge club and church service, Milt kept quite busy
with family life. Early in his career, he worked for several leading companies
as an accountant and executive. In 1980, he began working for Rogerson Aircraft
where he would spend the next 35 years. Near this time, Milt and Bev’s marriage
ended. He then married his second wife Ann Hilton and they happily settled in Irvine,
California, a community Milt fell in love with after being stationed there with
the Navy. Together they made their lives in Irvine, making many dear, lifelong
friends. He could also play a mean game of Yahtzee. Milt was an energetic,
warm, and intelligent man. He was a father, son, husband, business leader and
mentor, and will be missed by all.
